At Eucalyptus Clonal (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website, interact with our clonal propagation resources, or purchase eucalyptus genetic material.
We may collect personal data such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, and agricultural license details (when required). Additionally, we gather technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to improve our services.
We never sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted partners (logistics, payment processors, legal authorities) only to operate our business, protect rights, or with your explicit consent.
We implement industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Your information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law (e.g., tax records).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact privacy@eucalyptusclonal.com to exercise rights.
We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics anonymized). You can manage cookie preferences in browser settings.
Updates: This policy may be revised periodically; we will notify significant changes via website notice.

You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written consent. Purchased clones are for cultivation use only — reverse engineering or unauthorized propagation for commercial resale is prohibited.
While we provide high-quality genetic material, environmental factors influence growth performance. Eucalyptus Clonal does not guarantee specific yield or timber qualities. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from clone performance, crop failure, or website interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for products giving rise to the claim.
